Prepdance provides a multi-tenant school management infrastructure. For public inquiries submitted through this website, Prepdance acts as the data controller. For school operational data (student marks, parent registers, and staff files), the respective school acts as the data controller, and Prepdance acts strictly as a data processor.

2. Information We Collect

When you request a quote, book a demo walk-through, or submit an inquiry through our public form, we collect:

• Your name and role (e.g. Proprietor, Principal, Administrator).
• Your school's name, category, and approximate student count.
• Your telephone or WhatsApp number, and email address.
• State where the school operates and specific modules of interest.
• Optional message text and consent records.

3. How We Use Inquiry Data

Data collected through the inquiry form is used solely to evaluate your school's structural requirements, generate custom quotations, schedule walk-through demonstrations, and follow up regarding platform onboarding. We do not sell or share contact details with third-party advertisers.

4. Data Security & Storage

All data in transit is protected using TLS encryption. Server-side logs mask telephone numbers and message bodies. Platform inquiries are stored in partitioned database tables accessible solely by authorized platform administrative staff.

5. Data Retention & Your Rights

Public quote inquiries are retained for up to 12 months for lead qualification. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or permanent deletion of your inquiry data at any time by contacting us at prepdanceorg@gmail.com.
